I was fortunate to have my sample answer for the 2009 July California Bar Exam Performance Test A published in The New Lawyer section of the Daily Journal last fall.  I’m please to announce that the Daily Journal has also published my sample answer for the 2010 February California Bar Exam Performance Test A in The New Lawyer section.
