March 2011 marked the 3 year anniversary of The Law Office of Daniel X. Nguyen. I just want to thank all of you that I’ve connected with, even before I had my own firm, to make 2010 the best year ever, increasing business over 4x from the previous year. I do have some exciting news I wanted to share with you.

“What Type Of Law Do You Practice Again?”

My main area of practice is business transactions. I work with entrepreneurs and business owners and advise them on selecting the right business entities (corps, LLCs) to helping them draft and review contracts, and even helping them negotiate their business deals. Some people ask if I’m outside general counsel to businesses? Sure, that sounds about right. I also practice real estate law, and am a licensed CA real estate broker (CA DRE #01846742).
